On the second day of Blogmas, my true love gave to me a small number of favorites and one makeup look to share with you! I don’t think I’m going to do that for all of the days but I thought that was entertaining for whatever reason. Yes, today is all about my favorites and I have a very small amount of favorites once again this month, which is starting to feel like how it is always going to be. I’m not sure though. But it doesn’t matter at the moment, what does matter is me sharing my favorites with you and my favorite look I wore from the month.

August 2019 Favorites + Face
Since it’s September that means it is time to talk about all of the products that I enjoyed during the month of August, like I do every month. I feel like I actually have a good mix of products and a lot of new things to talk about, which I think is always exciting. So let’s talk about all of the fun things I have been loving.
June 2019 Favorites + Face
Let’s talk about some of the items that I have been loving during the month of June, or more like all of the items that I have been loving, so let’s not waste any time with introductions and just get into the favorites.
Simple Summer Makeup
I know, summer is nearing an end but it doesn’t feel like that right now so I think it’s totally fine to share this makeup look with you guys. Plus, it has been a while since I’ve posted a makeup look, at least I feel like it’s been a while. So, let’s dive into this really simple look.
July 2018 Favorites + Face
Yes, it’s time again to do another favorites post and talk all about the products that I really loved during the month of July. Last month was a little lackluster and honestly, so was this month. I had the intention to really try out products and have fun, which I did a little but I have been so busy in July with work and half of the month my face hurt so I just didn’t want to rub makeup onto it. Anyway, let’s just dive into the picks I have for this month.
May 2018 Favorites + Face
I talked about how my favorites were a bit unexciting and unfortunately, I think this month’s favorites are as well. I’m okay with that but I really didn’t wear a lot of makeup this past month and when I did it was typically pretty simple, also partly because, as you guessed it, I was living out of a suitcase for a little bit over two weeks so that also contributed. Anyway, I still wanted to share my favorites because there are still some great picks, so let’s check them out. Continue reading “May 2018 Favorites + Face”
January 2018 Favorites + Face
It may be a new year and I may be trying out some new things, but there are still old things that are going to stick around, of course. This post does have a little bit of new to it, I always talk about my favorites but this month starts me talking about things that I did not enjoy this past month, I thought that would be a nice addition to see some things that I wasn’t really feeling, though I can’t promise that will be a monthly thing because I try not to buy things I think I will dislike, but I will include them when I come across them. So, let’s jump on in and talk about some favorites and not so favorites.
Disney Inspired: Rapunzel
It’s time for another Disney inspired makeup look, which I am super excited about, as I always am, I say as a person who has done this post a total of three times now, but I love it and am very excited! Last month I did Megara and this month I am doing Rapunzel, partly because I got a request last month to do Rapunzel and partly because I love Rapunzel and knew I was going to do her eventually. So, let’s just jump right on in!
I’m not sure how well I utilized this set of inspiration photos, I think I pulled more from the colors than anything else with this one. I feel like with the last two I did something a little more literal, whereas this one seems a little bit more like the essence of Rapunzel. Either way, these are the photos that I used for inspiration for my Rapunzel makeup!
I wanted to do something based on the colors of Rapunzel, she wears mostly purple, has golden hair and while I know Pascal isn’t part of her, he’s always with her and he’s green. Which is how we got to this look, I’m quite happy with how it turned out, although I will say it’s not quite as good as last month, but I love Rapunzel and am really glad I did her.

What character should I do next month?
