March 2020 TBR List

I am mixing things up a little and doing something that I have been wanting to do, which is adding a little bit of book content to this blog. I want to be able to ramble on about anything that I like, so I thought this was a great first step into the book world, sharing the books that are on my to be read list for the month of March, let’s just jump into it.

Let’s start out with what I think will be my quickest reads for the month and those are Sailor Moon Volume 1, 2 and 3. I have watched Sailor Moon in multiple different ways at this point, however, I have never read the Manga and recent acquired them all so I thought that meant it was time to start getting at these. I’m sure I could read through them all super quickly, however, I want to pace myself a little bit and am starting out with the first three volumes.

Cardcaptor Omnibus Volume 2 is what’s on my plate next, clearly, I am very interested in reading all of the magical girl manga. I really want to read clear card, but I have to get through this properly before I can do that so it’s time to read all of this, which I have never done. I’ve never actually finished Cardcaptor and I’ve always meant to.

Red, White & Royal Blue is something that I have been reading for a minute but put down due to moving and haven’t picked back up, so I am making it a goal to pick this book back up and read it because I was really enjoying it, even if I didn’t get too far into it.

Dumplin’ has been on my shelf for far too long, it’s probably been there for close to two years at this point and I don’t know why I haven’t gotten around to it. Everyone seems to really enjoy this book, and the show which I haven’t seen either, so I think it’s time for me to delve into this world.

My First Five Husbands just sounds like such an interesting title for a book, especially a non-fiction. I love non-fiction and am super excited to read all about Rue McClanahan’s life.

Failure is an Option is one that I am completely reading because it’s written by Bob from Bob’s Burgers, well that and I really love a book from a Comedian, it’s almost always a good time. I am really looking forward to this one.

And the last book on my list for this month is The Year of Less which is all about a woman’s journey to consuming less. I am not sure how I stumbled upon this one but I think it was recommended to me, so I am finally going to pick this one up and see what it’s all about.

Do I think that I am going to finish all of these books this month? Maybe, I’m not sure but I think I have a pretty decent shot at taking probably six of them off of my endless TBR list, though I guess we will just have to wait and see how this list goes.

What’s on your current TBR list?
