Date Night Makeup

I have mixed feelings about Valentine’s Day, I don’t think you need a day of the year to tell someone you love them or to show them how much, but at the same time I think it’s kind of cute. Also, I really love the look of Valentine’s Day, I love all of the pink, the hearts and all of the cute things that go along with it. I’m a sucker for the look of all of it, it’s probably one of my favorite holidays visually. Anyway, I am here today to share a fun date night makeup look with you guys, so let’s dive in.

This is the look I created, I wasn’t going anywhere or doing anything in particular, I just wanted to create a kind of glam date night makeup look. I love how this turned out, it’s a lot but it looks great if you ask me. I will say, I applied false eyelashes and that is not my strong suit, but I gave it a shot and when my eyes are open it doesn’t look half bad. When I have my glasses on it really camouflages all of the imperfections and you don’t even notice. I think this look would be great for a lot of things, though I must admit it might be a little too much for a movie or something like that, then again you do you, enjoy makeup and where whatever you want.

I wanted to share it with glasses, just so you guys could get an idea of what this looks like with glasses. Now, let me list out everything that I used to create this look.

Eyes: Milani Eye Primer, Urban Decay Honey Palette in Sweet, Golden, Hone, Hive and HBIC, Nyx Epic Liner in Black, Benefit Bad Gal Mascara, Lime Crime Bush Brow Pen and Brush in Dirty Blond, and Ardell Demi Wispie Lashes. Face: Tatcha The Silk Canvas, Nars Sheer Matte Foundation in Siberia, Nars Concealer in Chantilly, Anastasia Foundation Stick in Fawn, House Gloss Finishing Powder in Dim light, Hourglass Blush in Luminous Glow, Hourglass Filter Bronze in Light, Ofra Glaze Donut Highlighter and Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray. Lips: Colourpop Lip Primer, Urban Decay Lip Liner in 1993, Colourpop Just a Tint in Waikiki, Lime Crime Wet Cherry Gloss in Bitter Cherry.

And that is my look, like I said above I am really happy with how this turned out. It’s very warm and feels almost like an autumn kind of look to me, which I really like the look of, though I think this would work great for any season.
