Brands to Try in 2020

I thought it would be fun to do this again this year, I did this last year and it was fun, I also checked most of the brands off of my list last year so that’s fun. I will say there are a couple repeat brands from last year and a couple that should have asterisks next to them, but either way, I figured I would share them because they are on my radar. Let’s get into it and talk about the brands I am itching to try this year.

  1. Skinfix – I have tried the lip balms from Skinfix and I love them, but I haven’t really tried anything else and I am super interested in trying out some of their skincare, I have heard some good things and I want to try it for myself.
  2. Acure – This is one of the two brands that were in last year’s post and that I did not try out. One of my friends talks about this brand a fair amount which is why it’s on my list of brands to try, once again it’s just something that I want to try out.
  3. Natasha Denona – I am not sure if I am ever going to try something from this brand because expensive but I have my eye on a few things and I am excited to try it out for myself and see what I think if I ever bite the bullet that is.
  4. Bite Beauty – I have tried some lip products from this brand and had mixed feelings about them, but I now realize that they sell things other than lipsticks and I am interested in trying out a few more things from them.
  5. Herbivore – I think I saw something on Sephora from this brand that really intrigued me and that’s how it ended up on this list, it takes very little for me to start lusting after a brand.
  6. Face Halo – I am trying to use less single-use products and have heard a lot of things about this brand so of course, I want to try it for myself, I for sure think this is going to be one that I check off this list this year.
  7. Herbal Dynamics Beauty – This is the only other thing from last year that I did not get a chance to try this past year, however maybe this is cheating a little bit but I have already ordered something from this brand to try, writing this list really inspired me to give it a shot.
  8. Scofflaw Nail Varnish – I am itching to try out this brand but at the time of me writing this everything on their website is sold out so I couldn’t even if I wanted to. I know I could keep an eye out some Facebook selling groups but it hasn’t gotten to that point yet. Maybe I’ll just pick up a polish during the next polish pickup.
  9. Candy Coat – Another nail polish brand that I am interested in, I believe I randomly stumbled upon this brand last year and I didn’t try it out, but I am still interested and will probably end up trying something.

I’m sure there are a bunch of other things that I am going to want to try out this year, but these are the things that I can think of off the top of my head and are the main things at this moment in timing that I am itching to try for myself. I am hoping to knock everything off this list, but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what gets tried and what doesn’t.

What brands are you wanting to try in the new year? Let me know down below.

  1. I really like ND, but her $25 mini palettes are hit and miss so def check out reviews if you’re considering buying one of her minis.

Sephora, Beautylish, and the brand itself sometimes have some incredible sales! I’ve even seen face palettes from ND in Boyxcharm so you may be able to find new products cheaper on Poshmark or Mercari!
