Disney Inspired: Judge Frollo from Hunchback of Notre Dame

I am continuing on with my villain’s plan, I’m not sure that I will continue doing so but I am here with another villain. Today is Judge Frollo and I am not sure how I feel about the look that I came up with but I am still going to share it with you guys. Let’s get into it!

These are the two images that I used for inspiration and now that I’m looking at them, was the movie darker than I remember? I knew it was but damn these look so dark. Anyway, I wanted to draw from the color of his outfit and I really took a lot from the look of his hat, I’m not sure why but it was just the part that I really drew inspiration from. Now, let’s take a look at the look that I created.

This didn’t turn out quite the way I wanted it to because I just couldn’t get the stripes as close and as neat as I would have liked them to be. I had an idea and I think it would have been great if I had tried to polish it up a little more, but this is the look I am going with. I did a really subtle cut crease and did stripes, all in colors of Judge Frollos outfit so I think the inspiration for this one is pretty clear.

This is not my favorite Disney inspired look that I have ever done but I do like the idea of it, I just wish I could have gotten those stripes neater and more prominent. I may try to redo this look at some point, but I am not sure.

What Disney character should I do next?
