November 2019 Empties

I did not get through as many products as I wanted to this month but I did still use a good amount of product up this month and I am excited to share all of my empties with you guys, so let’s dive in and talk trash.

Yankee Candle Summer Scoop – I know, this one is not empty yet but it’s fairly close and my husband really hates this one so I am counting it as an empty. I personally really like the way that this one smells, it smells just like strawberry ice cream to me and I love that but I have decided to pass it along. Repurchase: Probably not.

Ulta Cotton Pads – I liked these, they were really fine and were thicker which I liked. While I did like these I am trying to use less one time only products so I am not sure I would pick these up again. Repurchase: Probably not.

Butter Me Soft Peach Me I’m Dreamin’ – I loved the way that this smelled, peach is a scent that I don’t see a whole lot in shower gels so I was super excited about that. I am not sure how I feel about shower jellies at this point, I used to love them but now I’m not so sure that they are for me. Repurchase: I don’t think I would.

Ulta Mango Shower Jam – The texture of this product was surprising, I was honestly expecting this to just be a shower gel in cute packaging and I was fine with this, however, the texture of this is so strange that I am not sure I can properly describe this one. It’s really thick but the texture of this is kind of chunky. It’s very strange. Repurchase: No, I didn’t love the scent either.

Brite Grape Gelato Hair Mask – I hated the way that this smelled, it just wasn’t for me and I’m not sure that it was ever going to be but I had to try it since I maybe already had all of the other scents. This did do nice things for my hair and left it feeling really soft, I just hated the scent. Repurchase: No.

Hask Mint Lemonade Shampoo & Conditioner – These smelled amazing, I believe these were limited edition for summer and I wish I had picked up like five more because I love this set. These smelled amazing, these did great things for my hair and I was really happy with them overall. Repurchase: Yes, I would.

Bath & Body Works Fresh Lemonade Foaming Hand Wash – This smelled really fresh and clean, but also citrusy and I liked that a lot. This is the hand soap I typically use and I enjoyed it like I usually do. Repurchase: Yes.

Lush Calacas Shower Gel – I know, I don’t have a photo of this but my husband finished off our bottle and threw it away, which for most people is normal but for this trash hoarder I was a little disappointed. Oh well, I’m still counting it. This smelled amazing as it always does, just like lime gummy candies and like usual I am sad to see it go, though I do already have some backups. Repurchase: Yes, I for sure would and already have.

Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Definer in In The Nude – I have finally finished this up, this felt like the eyeliner that was never going to be finished, I reached for this every single time I went for a nude eyeliner and I have probably had it for too long at this point. I really enjoyed the formula and how well this stayed. Repurchase: I would, but I think this has been discontinued.

Up & Up Nail Polish Remover – This is a staple in my routine, this is what I use to remove all of my nail polish and it’s what I will continue to use. Repurchase: Yes.

Givenchy Disturbia Mascara Mini –  I really love this mascara sample and I thought that it was really fun getting a chance to try out a product that I wouldn’t regularly purchase due to the price of it. This one was a really great mascara, it made my lashes look amazing and was super easy to use. Repurchase: Probably not, just because it’s pricey.

Truly Organic ❤ Your Imperfections Patches – These are really amazing little products, they are super cute and they do a fantastic job at getting rid of problem spots quicker than I would naturally. Plus, they are kind of cool and gross, you can see everything that it’s pulled out of the skin. Repurchase: I probably would.

Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Framboos Serum – This stuff is so expensive and it makes me so sad, I want to buy a full size but haven’t been able to commit to it yet. I love what this does for my skin, this really leaves my skin feels baby soft and it helps clear up the little bit of trouble that I have with my skin, I just really love it. Repurchase: Probably at some point.

Essence Sponge – This was one of the worst sponges that I have ever used, it did not get soft at all and it was just terrible for applying makeup. I brought this on my trip with me and really regretted not giving it a try beforehand, but I guess it’s too late for that now. Repurchase: No.

Laneige Mini Lip Sleeping Mask in Apple Lime – This is another one that I don’t have a photo of because I lost it, I mostly used it up but now I can’t find it and I am just going to count it as an empty. I really loved the way that this smelled, it was so bright and I really enjoyed it. I also love the way that these feel on the lips, overall a great product. Repurchase: Probably, after I finish the other two or three minis I have.

And that is everything that I used up during the month of November, a total of sixteen products, which isn’t as good as some months have been for me but overall I am happy with it and am enjoying using things and actually getting to enjoy them, I am hoping to continue doing this into the next month.
