Since I recapped the month of July yesterday then it is probably no surprise to you that today I am focusing on my favorites and while I don’t have a ton to share this month, I think this month is pretty exciting because I do not think I have talked about any of the products in this month’s favorites in past favorites, so let’s not waste any more time and let’s dive in to see what these favorite of mine are.
Jeffree Star Cosmetics Jawbreaker Palette – This palette is so pretty, it’s stunning really. I love all of the shades in this palette, it has a really fantastic range of colors and both the mattes and shimmers are very pigmented and easy to work with, it’s a really great palette and I have been having a lot of fun playing with it when I got the chance to.
Makeup Revolution Cute Crease Canvas in Create – This wasn’t the color that I wanted originally and I was a little bit concerned when I picked this up, but I had heard such good things about this product and really wanted to try it out that I went for it anyway. This is pretty liquidy but if you apply it with a light hand this is perfect for cut creases, not that I am an expert at cut creases by any means but I do love this stuff.
Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Mist – This stuff smells amazing and gives my skin a nice little glow to it, it’s simple but that’s what I like.
Colurpop Blush Stix in Cool It – I love the way these feel on the skin, they just feel really light and kind of cool, it’s a nice feeling. I love that these are super easy to pop on during a hot summer day and they always look nice and natural, this shade, in particular, is a big favorite of mine.
Colourpop Lippie Tint in The Strand – This might be the perfect my lips but better kind of shade for me, I am in love with this color at the moment, it’s so easy to wear and it goes on with ease. The other great thing about this one is that it feels fantastic on the lips and is very low maintenance.
Milani Eyeshadow Primer – My favorite primer has finally been passed along, which is sad, but I have finally gotten the chance to try this eye primer out. I feel like the internet has been gushing about this eye primer for a little while now and it has been in my collection for a little bit now, but now I can say that I really enjoy this. I’m not sure if it really replaces my shadow insurance in my heart, but for now, I am really enjoying it and it gets the job done.
Now, let’s look at the look that I have chosen for this months face, unsurprisingly this one is an eyeshot, I have been doing a ton of eye shots since I have been trying to go through my eyeshadow palettes and really try things out. This is a look that I created using only the Give Me Glow Cosmetics Juicy Olive palette, which is so stunning and I have no regrets on picking up even if it is an exclusively olive-like shade palette, it’s just a really pretty palette that I am excited to play with even more.
What have you been loving during the month of July?
