June 2019 Empties

It’s that time of the month where I gather up all the things that I have used up during the past month and sit down to talk about them. I do not have as many empties to talk about as I did last month, however I still think it’s a pretty good amount and am happy with the progress I am making on using products up. So, let’s dive in and see how these went.

Garnier Fructis Hair Mask with Papaya Extract – This smells amazing! I adored the scent of this and could see myself picking it up again for the scent alone, it was very fruity and creamy. I did like the formula of this as well, so all around this was a product that I enjoyed. Repurchase: Yes, I for sure would pick this one up again.

Pacifica Sale Waves Shampoo & Conditioner – I hated this, I thought this would be fun to try out and it did sound like it, however, it didn’t do what I wanted to do in the slightest. This just left my hair feeling a little bit messier but it didn’t really help anything or so what I was hoping it would, this one also smells terrible, like fake banana scented and I can’t stand it in the slightest bit. Repurchase: No, I would not.

Bath & Body Works Foaming Hand Soap in Oh Happy Day – I love this type of hand soap and I love bath and body works hand soaps too, this one wasn’t my favorite scent every as grapefruit is not my personal favorite but I did enjoy this. Repurchase: I might, depending on how I was feeling when I came across it.

Skyn Iceland Face Lift in a Bag – I love the eye gels in this set, as most of you may know by now because I feel like I have talked about them a handful of times at this point. I am not sold on the other items in this bag, though I have used both, the eye ones are fantastic. Repurchase: Probably not.

Physicians Formula Eye Booster Ultra Black Eyeliner – This was a favorite of mine for a while and I still think it is one of the best eyeliners I have ever tried and probably the best one from the drugstore that I have used, however, this one has dried up and I am trying out new things, but still think this is great. Repurchase: I probably would at some point.

Too Faced Sketch Marker in Emerald – This is a really fun option for a really subtle but fun mix of eyeliner, I never did use this as much as I wanted to though because it feels like it dried out really quickly. Repurchase: No, I don’t think I would just because I do not use it enough to justify it.

Degree Deodorant – This is an easy and unexciting one, this one smells fine and does what I need it to do, so I am happy with this. Repurchase: Already have.

Whish Flawless Serum – This is a serum for razor bumps and I have been through many of these throughout the years, I think this serum does help a little bit but nothing really major. I like this and have been through many bottles at this point but I also think it is safe to say that you don’t need this product. Repurchase: I might but probably not.

Up & Up Jumbo Cotton Balls – These are a staple for me, these are what I use to take off my nail polish and I will continue to use these ones. These aren’t anything exciting but they do what I need them to. Repurchase: Yes, I already have.

Bliss Makeup Melt Makeup Remover Wipes – These are wipes that I haven’t been using on my face recently because I have been using one of that makeup removing cloths along with an eye makeup remover and it has been doing the job way better. I still like to use these for swatches and will continue to use them until I am finished with them. Repurchase: Probably not, just because I am trying to use reusable ones more.

Caudalie Vionsource Moisturizing Sorbet – This is something that I have tried in the past and have tried again as I have come across a sample size of it, this is fine and is something that is nice for the skin but nothing about it really stands out for me either so I’m kind of meh about the whole thing. Repurchase: I don’t think I would, it’s too expensive for something that I just don’t love.

And that is everything that I have used up this past month, not as much as I had wanted to but still a pretty decent amount of product. I can say this though, even though we are only six days into July I am crushing this month, I had a lot of things on the cusp of last month that I finished this month and am excited to share those with you in August.

What have you guys used up recently?
