I am back with another fun bath bomb review, a review of a product that I was sure I would like so much that I purchased four of them when I picked these up from the U.K. release. No sense in wasting anytime, let’s just jump into this bath and see how it goes.
The Lush Melusine bath bomb is vegan and will run you $7.95 which is pretty normal for a Lush bath bomb of this size.
This one contains ingredients such as sea salt, carrageenan extract, bergamot oil, olibanum oil, and gardenia extract. So a slightly random mix of ingredients if you ask me.
I think this is a really pretty bath bomb, it’s a fun mix of yellow, light and dark teal with fine glitter in it which is always welcome in my bath. I know some people don’t like glitter but I love it, plus this one isn’t overwhelming in the slightest.
The bath bomb was so much fine to watch dissolve and swirl around in the water, it created swirls of blue, green yellow and white, it was very much mermaid-like and I don’t think I captured a photo of it that does it justice. Once everything mixed together it turned into a beautiful sea green kind of shade, which I will drop a photo of down below.
The scent of this is very fun and bright, it is something that I could see really helping you wake up in the morning. This scent also belongs to a scent family already, which is the Avocado Co-Wash scent. I have the shower gel and is smells amazing, as does this bath bomb.
This has a real citrus scent to it that is very bright and a little bit in your face, but not in a bad way. It’s just strong and bright, I like it. I’m not sure if I can describe it super well, but if you are in a Lush store you should for sure take a sniff of this or of the conditioner to get an idea what this smells like.
I do like this bath bomb quite a bit and am glad that I picked up so many, I’m also so relieved that I don’t hate it because I would have been stuck with quite a few.
