I think I mentioned at some point that I was planning on reviewing a few of the Lush Valentines Day range and I am sticking to that this weekend, we are getting a little cheeky this weekend with a review of the fun little Peachy bath bomb and tomorrow I have another one in store for you guys.
Today is all about the Peachy bath bomb from Lush, this one is vegan and will run you $6.95. Lush has finally made a peach product and I was so excited about it, I hope they continue making peachy scented things.
This bath bomb features various ingredients such as grapefruit oil, fresh peach juice, and davana oil, just to name a few things.
I must admit that this bath bomb is really cute and I like the overall look of it. It looks like a nice juicy peach, the colors are great and the size is nice, it seems to be a bit larger than a typical round bath bomb.
Let’s talk a little bit about the appearance once it hits the water. This bath bomb is not really surprising with it’s colors in the water, meaning it ended up being exactly what I expected. Various shades of orange, pink and yellow that kind of reminded me of a sunset, with a tiny bit of white and green to it, I think it’s really quite pretty.
Now, let’s talk about the scent of this one a little bit. I quite liked the smell of this one though it isn’t my all-time favorite, this one does have a sweet and really fruity scent to it that is right up my alley. It doesn’t really stand out to me too much and it’s not super peachy like I wanted it to be, but it is still a really nice scent that I enjoy.
Now, to talk about the overall feel and enjoyment I got out of this one. This was a fairly average fizzer, it didn’t take too long but it didn’t linger either. This left the water feeling nice and left my skin feeling very hydrated, in fact, the next morning I nearly slipped and feel because it left the bath tub slick, so just be aware of that when you use this one.
So, overall I really liked this one and could see myself maybe picking up another one or two before they are gone. This smells nice and feels very luxurious and moisturizing in the bath, which is always a plus if you ask me.
What do you think of the Lush Valentine’s range?
