Hello there, today I am talking all about last minute Halloween makeup looks. You may or may not know that I am not a huge lover of Halloween, it doesn’t get me excited, which is part of the reason that I don’t do blogoween, that and the fact that Blogmas is a month after it’s over and that is a lot of content planning that I do not have time for. But anyway, since Halloween fell on one of my regularly scheduled post days I knew I had to do something, so today I am going to share three fairly easy makeup looks with you guys that can easily be turned into a costume by pulling items from your wardrobe, so let’s dive in.
Up first is my pop art look, which is hands down the most complicated one that I have but it was still all very simple and fairly self-explanatory. I think this would go great with basically any outfit you paired it with, it’s a very non-descript kind of outfit costume because most of the costume is in the makeup.
Face: Milani Instant Touch Up, Too Faced Born This Way Foundation, Tarte Shape Tape, NYX White Base and Lorac Pro Matte Eyeshadow in Black. Eyes: NYX Primal Colors in Hot Yellow, Wet ‘N Wild Creme Brulee, NYX Matte Liquid Liner and Wet ‘N Wild Skinn Mascara. Lips: Sephora Rouge Cream in R04
Next up is a classic, a cat, which I got a little too excited with the nose and went too far with it, but this was also something I was doing during a terrible storm and was very stressed out. This is fairly straightforward though, just need a pair of ears and an outfit to match your kitty color of choice.
Face: Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer, Makeup Revolution Conceal + Define Foundation, NYX Blotting Powder, NYX HD Blush in Taupe. Eyes: Julep Length Matters MAscara, Physicians Formula Eye Booster Liner and Lorac Pro Matte in Black
Up next is my vampire, which is a really easy one to do because you can wear anything, dependant on what type of vampire you are going for. This one is also basically just light skin, harsh contouring and a little bit of fake blood. I personally used a water tint as fake blood in a pinch, but otherwise, I would not suggest using it because it for sure did it’s job and stained.
Face: Benefit The Porefessional, Maybelline Superstay Foundation, Tarte Shape Tape, NYX Blotting Powder, NYX HD Blush in Taupe, Dermablend Loose Powder. Eyes: Lorac Pro Matte in Black, Bad Habit After Party in Surge, Julep Length Matters Mascara. Lips: Sephora Rouge Cream in R04 and Saemmal Water Candy Tint in Watermelon.
And those are my three, slightly unpolishes but simple makeup looks for Halloween. I am rocking none of these today because we don’t dress up at work and get no trick or treaters, so there isn’t really a reason to but I did have a bit of fun creating these and would love to try these again sometime in the future.
What are you doing for Halloween?
