Hello there! I am here today to talk about all of the products I have dug out from my hoard of stuff, meaning it’s time to shop my stash. Last month I kept it pretty warm toned and this month I have kept it pretty simple, I did pull out a handle full of fun things but overall I did stay pretty simple. I’m not sure what that’s about, typically I’m feeling fun but these past few months my picks have been kind of boring. Anyway, I guess it doesn’t really matter, so let’s check out the products that I want to focus on this month.
Ofra Banana Powder – I am trying this again, I tried this maybe three times so far and every time it leaves me looking super yellow, which I understand is part of the appeal of this product but it’s like super yellow. So, I am hoping to try this out more and see if I can figure out how to use this product.
Tarte Hamptons Weekender Contour Palette – This is so cute and looks really gorgeous, for some reason I haven’t been using it as much so it is time for the product to shine and for me to play with it.
Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Foundation in Porcelain – I have picked out this foundation because I am nearing the end of it and I am really hoping to use this up here shortly, there is no other reason than that.
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer in Fair – I haven’t used this in a while, so I have decided to pull it out this month. This is also half used and I am endlessly trying to use up products, plus I just think that this concealer and my foundation for the month would go great together.
Wet ‘n Wild Coloricon Bronzer in Reserve Your Cabana – I don’t know what is wrong with me but I didn’t even touch this last month, I am focused though and will for sure be giving this a shot.
Anastasia Foundation Stick in Fawn – I picked up a full size of this recently because I love this little stick, I was reminded how much I love it and now I am hoping to use up this little guy so I can use the full sized one. Also, this product is fantastic.
Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer – I have been neglecting this primer and this primer is in my project pan, so I’ve pulled it out because I haven’t used it in a while and I think this will go beautifully with my base choices this month.
Urban Decay Heavy Metal Palette – I had to have this and I’ve barely touched it, which is a common theme because I am such a collector, so I’m going to pull this one out and play with it a lot more than I have.
Urban Decay Razor Sharp in Bump – Bringing out the white eyeliner again, I still am unsure of how I feel about this but I really want to play with this more this month, we’ll see how it goes.
Stila Stay All Day Eyeliner in Indigo – I am mixing up the eyeliner this month, I just wanted to use this because it seems fun while also still being dark, which is the kind of eyeliner I typically prefer.
Urban Decay Hi-Fi Shine Lipgloss in 1993 – I may have picked this gloss because I haven’t used it enough and also because I was born this year and it’s my birthday month, is it weird that I still enjoy my birthday a lot? I don’t really care either way, I just hope I’m not being annoying. But yeah, excited to really give this proper attention.
Buxom Plumpline Lip Liner in Stealth – This is a mini but I think this lip liner will go spectacularly well with my other lip picks this month, even though this would also be great one it’s own.
L’oreal Pro Matte Liquid Lipstick in Candy Man – This is one of those that smell like chocolate and I haven’t used nearly enough, even though I just had to have it. This color is stunning and a really great neutral kind of pink shade.
Essence Matt Matt Lipstick in 02 – I forgot I even owned this, I may have a lipstick problem that is not getting better, but I’m trying to work on that here shortly. Anyway, this color looks gorgeous and like a great shade to kick off fall that will be starting this month.
Anastasia Matte Lipstick in Honey – A color that I picked out because I really wanted to pick out a nude lipstick for this month, I picked this one up during the national lipstick day sale and it’s a really gorgeous nude.
And those are my picks for the month, a pretty good assortment of products to focus on though mostly higher-end products, which I never intend to do but it happens from time to time. This mix of things is pretty basic but I’m hoping to come up with some fun eyeshadow looks seeing as this palette seems great for that.
