Summer Stitchfix

August 2018 Shop My Stash (2)

Yes, I have already done a stitch fix box this summer, however, that was for my road trip and this one is just an in general summer one, really any excuse to get a box of surprises. I just love this service, it’s super fun and exciting for me. Anyway, I’ve styled a few outfits with a box I got recently, so let’s dive in and check them out.

My first outfit is something that is a little more dressed up while still being pretty casual for the summer. The item from Stitchfix in this outfit is the dress, it’s from the brand Kaileigh and it’s the Harvie Back Detail Knit Dress and will run you $48.00. I did not end up keeping this because it didn’t fit and now I’m kind of regretting not exchanging this and keeping it, this dress is really cute, simple and right up my alley but at the same time it looks a lot like others that I have. I paired this with a pair of fun tassel earrings, some strappy summer sandals and a fun little straw clutch.

The next one features another dress, but I dressed this one down so it’s more casual. The piece from Stitchfix is once again the dress, this one is from the brand Market & Spruce, its’ the Meg Knit Dress and will run you $58. This dress is very cute but wasn’t for me, it reminded me too much of a nightgown on me though it does look really cute paired with a denim jacket, some pink vans, and a backpack.

The next outfit I got a little funky with but it’s still pretty casual, I think. The piece from Stitchfix in this one it the tie top, it’s from the brand Alice Blue in the style Viviane Tie Front Blouse and it’ll run you $36.00. This top did not fit my best at all and I just didn’t love it so I did not keep this one either. I paired a denim dress under this with a pair of navy blue booties that I thought made a fun combo.

My next outfit is very simple and looks like it’s ready for a hike or something very much adventurous. The piece from Stitchfix in this are the shoes, they are from Toms and in the style Cabrillo Novelty Lace-Up Sneaker, they will run you $75.00. Truthfully, I just didn’t like these shoes, I didn’t like the style or the pattern of them so I passed on these as well. I kept it simple here and paired them with a pair of khaki shorts perfect for the summer, a black and white striped tee and lastly a backpack.

And my last outfit is something that is pretty casual while still be a little dressed up, something that I think is perfect for a date night. The piece in this one from Stitchfix are the jeans, these are from the brand Silver Jeans Co in the style Sam Distressed Boyfriend Jean, these ones will run you $89.00. And being the most expensive item in the box means that is the one I kept, of course, I put these jeans on and knew they couldn’t leave my life, they fit great, look great and feel great. I have had such fantastic luck with Stitchfix and pants. Anyway, I paired these jeans with a striped oversized blouse that I tied up, a simple long gold necklace and a pair of heeled booties that I also got from Stitchfix.

And that is my Stitchfix box for the summer, I really liked most everything in it even though I only kept the one item, the only thing that I really did not like were the shoes, those just weren’t my taste at all.

Would you guys like to see a fall Stitchfix lookbook like this one?
