It is time yet again for my Disney inspired makeup look, I still love doing these and I’m not sure that I will ever stop loving these, they are simply fun for me to do. I am still on this princess kick and at this point, I’m probably going to finish doing all of the princesses, but we’ll see if I actually stick to that. Last month was Tiana and this month is one of my all time favorites, Ariel! I am very excited about this and hope this makes a splash! (I really hope these puns are here to stay.)
These are the two images that I chose for Ariel, they feel very much like Ariel to me. A little bit goofy and fun, which is very much her if you ask me. I used Ariel’s colors for my inspiration this month, which I quite enjoyed and came naturally. I say that because the look I was doing I had no intention of doing my Disney inspired at the time but now it is. Anyway, let’s look at the makeup look I came up with.
Eyes: Too Faced Shadow Insurance, Wet ‘N Wild Single Eyeshadow in Creme Brulee, Dose Of Colors Eyedeal Crayon in Hint of Mint, Milk Eye Pigment in Mermaid, BH Cosmetics Take Me Back To Brazil Purple Shades, Morphe 35B Red & Purple Shades, Lime Crime Highlight in Seashell, Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer in In The Nude, Stila Stay All Day Eyeliner in Intense Black and Benefit Roller Lash Mascara. Face: Jose Maran Surreal Skin Argan Finishing Balm, Tarte Empowered Hybrid Gel Foundation in Porcelain, Makeup Revolution Conceal + Define Concealer in C1, NYX Blotting Powder in Light, Dose Of Colors Blush in Statemint, NYX HD Blush in Taupe, Lime Crime Highlight in Mermaid and Mac Fix + in Coconut Lips: Sephora Rouge Cream in The Red.
As a whole, I really love this look, so much that I wore this to work with a more nude shade of lipstick, just because I didn’t want it to be too much. I would totally rock this eye again and I think I channeled Ariel really well in this one.
What Disney Character Should I Do Next?
