Holiday Makeup 2017

HolidayMakeupLooks

I am pretty excited about the post that I am making today, today is all about holiday makeup. I love makeup and I love a reason to do fun and festive makeup looks, I’ve put together three different looks that I plan on sharing with you guys today. One classic, one fun and one really sparkly, so keep reading and we’ll go over them all.

We are going to start with the more traditional makeup, I did a nice soft gold eye, a strong highlight and a really pretty glossy red lip that I am really happy with. The products that I used are to be listed below.

Eye: Lorac Behind The Scenes Primer, I Heart Makeup Chocolate Rose Gold Palette in Independent, Gold Digga and Hold Up, Lorac Pro Matte Palette in Latte and Corduroy, NYX Faux Whites Eyeliner in Linen, Essence Extreme Lasting Eye Pencil in Black love, Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner in Intense Black and Benefit Roller Lash Mascara. Face: Becca Backlight Priming Filter, Tarte Rainforest Of The Seas Foundation in Porcelain, L.A. Girl Pro Conceal in Porcelain, Anastasia Beverly Hills Foundation Stick in Fawn, Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder, Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator in Gilded Honey and NYX Ombre Blush in Mauve Me. Lips: Buxom Full-On Lip Cream in Sangria.

For this one I went for a much softer base, a nude lip and a really sparkly eye, something this is really fun and festive but also soft and not too over the top, which might be my favorite look.

Eyes: Lorac Behind The Scenes Eyeshadow Primer, Lorac Pro Matte in Linen, Latte and Pink Mauve, Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter and Glow Liquid Eyeshadow in Kitten Karma, Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Definer in In The Nude, Essence Extreme Lasting Eye Pencil in Black Love, Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner in Intense Black and Benefit Roller Lash Mascara. Face: Too Faced Primed and Peachy Cooling Matte Perfecting Primer,  Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Foundation in Porcelain, L.A. Girl Pro Conceal Concealer in Porcelain, Anastasia Beverley Hills Foundation Stick in Fawn, Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder, Clinique Cheek Pop in Black Honey Pop and Colourpop Super Shock Cheek in Smoke N Whistles. Lips: The Estee Edit The Barest Contour Lip Liner in In the Buff and Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick in Lovecraft.

For the last look I wanted to do something colorful and fun, I was debating between doing a green eye, a red eye, or a red and green eye mixed but I decided on doing one green eye and one red eye, if this is too much for you I think just doing one or the other would be fun.

Eyes: Urban Decay Freak, The Balm Dark Green Eyeshadow, Take Me Back To Brazil Palette, Row 6 #3, Row 2 #3 & #4, Morphe Pink Red, Colourpop On The Fence, Jeffree Star Fetish, Lorac Behind The Scenes Primer, Essence Make Me Brow in Soft Browny Brows and Benefit Roller Lash Mascara. Face: Too Faced Primed and Peach Cooling Matte Perfecting Primer, Too Faced Born This Way Foundation in Snow, L.A. Girl Pro Concealer in Porcelain, NYX Blotting Powder in Light, Mac Extra Dimension Blush in Sweets For My Sweet, Kat Von D Shade and Light Palette in Sombre, The Balm Mary Lou Manizer. Lips: Aquaphor.

And those are the three makeup look that I put together for this holiday season, I am quite happy with all three and think they are all very different but any one of them would be great for a party that you’re going to or a family dinner, really anything festive.

What’s your favorite holiday makeup?
