Fall 2017 Makeup Tutorial

Fall MakeupTutorial

Today I wanted to write something simple, fun and short, something that I don’t really share a lot on the blog by itself either, a makeup look. I always include various looks in certain reviews and with my favorites, but hardly ever just stand alone ones so that’s what we’re doing today. Short, simple and to the point.

I wanted to do something that seemed to sort of representing fall to me, I’m sure I could have leaned a little bit harder into fall but it wouldn’t really feel like me if I did. Here’s the look.

I love a nice pinky red eye and for some reason that just screams the fall time to me, I also love this shade of nude lipstick and I’ve gone a little bit highlighter crazy as of recently, which you might be able to tell. Now, let’s get into the products that I used to create this fun look.

Eyes: Lorac Behind The Scenes Eyeshadow Primer, Bad Habit Aphrodite Eyeshadow Palette in the shades Coy, Blushing, Crush, Love, Lust and Jealousy, Essence Extreme Lasting Eye Pencil in Blacklove, Essence Super Fine Eyeliner Pen in Deep Black and Benefit Roller Lash Mascara. Face: Milk Makeup Blur Stick, Becca Backlight Priming Filter, Milani Conceal + Perfect Foundation in Porcelain, Tarte Shape Tape in Fair, Anastasia Beverley Hills Foundation Stick in Fawn, Laura Geller Baked Balance-N- Brighten Foundation in Porcelain, NYX Ombre Blush in Mauve Me and Colourpop Super Shock Cheek in Smokin’ Whistles. Lips: The Estee Edit The Barest Contour Lip Liner in In The Buff and NYX Matte Lipstick in Butter.

A really good and fun mix products, a little high end and a little low end, which is how I like to try and keep things. I’m really happy with this look and while I think I could have gone a tiny bit more vampy, I’m kind of glad that I didn’t as this isn’t too in your face and that’s what I was going for.

What’s your go to fall look?
