My first monthly post of the month that isn’t about the month of October but instead the month of November, it’s time for another shop my stash post. I have been loving doing these, I think it’s really interesting to see what someone thinks about products and what they pick out to use during the month, the other thing is that I think it’s super fun for me because it forces my to play with my collection more and have some fun with it. Anyway, let’s jump on into my stash picks for November.
I know I said I was going to jump right into it but I think I’m going to mix it up a little bit and do something a little bit new, I’m going to talk a little bit about some of the stars from last months shop my stash. Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Palette was a pretty fun one, it’s still something that I enjoy using but find a little bit difficult to work with. These shades are stunning it’s just sometimes a little bit hard to figure out combinations that work well. Anastasia Beverly Hills Foundation Stick in Fawn I never thought this would be something that I enjoy but it is something that I am finding myself loving, it’s the perfect contour shade for me, super easy to blend and even has me a little bit curious about a shade that would match me to wear all over my face. Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer is my last strand out for last month because this is just something that I have been really loving, it might even be my new favorite concealer. Now, onto this months shop my stash.
Wet ‘N Wild Megaglo Contouring Palette in Dulce De Leche – I had this at one point in time, used up the highlight side really quickly and made a fair dip in the contour side before throwing it away, but I saw someone talking about it the other day and picked one up for myself again. I’ve used this a few times already and am very excited to have my hands on this again, these are so soft, blendable and have a really nice amount of pigment to them.
Urban Decay Naked Flushed in Naked – I haven’t even touched this since I got this, other than to swatch it. So, because of that, I’ve brought this one out, this is such a good little palette and I feel like this would be amazing to travel with, it has a great bronzer, blush, and highlighter all in one. If I had any complaints about this one is that they are all smooshed into one thing and that’s somewhat annoying, but also not that serious.
e.l.f. Illuminating Palette – This is something that I’ve had for a while and has been hiding in the depths of my collection, waiting for its chance to shine. I love this palette and am not sure why I don’t use this more, it’s a really fantastic palette, it’s shimmer but subtle but the powders are so soft and easy to work with. I think this is going to be a great addition this month.
Laura Geller Balance-n-Brighten Baked Color Correcting Foundation – This is newer to me and I’ve been enjoying it here and there, so I decided to throw it in this months stash and really give it a go to see how I like it, so far so good.
e.l.f. Makeup Mist & Set – I ran out of my favorite coconut mac setting spray so it was time to start working on using a new one, which means I picked at random and this is the one that I pulled out. I love this setting spray and am excited to use this one up. I just really love setting sprays, I feel like they really soften the look of powder on the face and really prolong the wear of the makeup on my face, which is really a great thing if you ask me.
Catrice Highlighting Powder in Stardust – I love highlighters, really I just love anything that sparkles and highlighters sparkle, therefore I love highlighters. I have tons but this one has been hiding away from me and I decided it was time for it to be the star of the show for a little while, so this one is coming out. This powder is very pretty, very soft and from what I can tell all around just pretty nice.
Milani Conceal + Perfect Foundation – I have bought this foundation before, last time when they released lighter shades but the lighter shades were still too dark for me personally, however, they released another wave of lighter shades and I jumped on that and there was a shade that worked perfectly for me, which I am so happy about. So, I’m going to play with this some more this month and I’m excited about it.
Touch In Sol No Poreblem Primer – This is something really new to me and something that I bought at random really, but it’s going in the stash for this month because it’s new and I want to play with it.
Milani Retouch + Erase Concealer – This just made sense to me, I needed a concealer and since I have the Milani foundation in this stash posts, I figured pairing the concealer with it would make sense, so we’re giving this one a go.
Too Faced Peanut Butter & Jelly Eyeshadow Palette – This is new to me, this is really pretty and this seems like a pretty good fall kind of palette with a little bit of fun, so I’m excited to feature this palette this month.
Too Faced Sketch Marker in Smoky Emerald – This pretty much nearly looks black when on the eye but if you look really close it is green, which I think it is a really interesting thing to wear on the eyes. I like the green by itself but it’s nice to things as well and it’s super interesting, so this is going to be a really fun addition.
Makeup Revolution Liquid Highlighter in Unicorn Tears – Another new to me thing, I think that’s not surprising after all of the shopping that I’ve been doing as of recently, so that’s why this is here. I am super excited to try this out, I think this is an interesting shade of highlighter and I’ve never really used a liquid highlighter before so it’ll be all kinds of interesting using this one.
Glossier Cloud Paint in Puff – I have tried this once so far and it was strange to use, it’s very liquidy, a little goes a long way and this one much just take a little bit of using to figure out exactly how to use. Still excited to try this out, it’s a really beautiful shade and I love the packaging.
Hard Candy Blooming Lip Oil – I honestly am not sure which shade this is, I know it’s the darkest one and I really think it’s a berry shade, but I’m excited about trying this. I really love moisturizing lip products and this is supposed to adjust to a shade dependant on your ph I believe. Either way, I’m excited to give this one a whirl.
NYX Matte Lipstick in Butter – I wore this today, when I am writing this it is on my lips and so far I like it, it’s a really pretty fall nude kind of shade and while it has a matte finish it isn’t drying either, so that’s always a plus.
Beauty Bakerie Lip Whip in Salted Caramel Mocha – This is limited edition so I cannot link you guys to this one, I’m sure there’s still some of these floating around the internet somewhere but I don’t think they are for sale on the Beauty Bakerie website any longer. This is a really amazingly long-lasting formula and this is just a really stunning nude shade that I am enjoying quite a bit at the moment.
Lorac Alter Ego in Visionary – I needed a gloss to throw in the one so I picked this one, it really fits in with the nude shades that I have going on and honestly I am excited to try it out.
Tarte Lippie Lingerie in Enchanting – This is from a gift set so this is also something that I can’t link, but I’m sure they have a color that is kind of similar to this one, if not the gift set is a really great value. Anyway, I used to love these and am excited to have these in my collection again and try these out.
Pacifica Rainbow Watermelon Lip Balm – I just wanted a lip balm to use this month, actually, I don’t think I have a lip balm in my everyday makeup so this might be something that ends up living in the drawer after this month. We’ll just have to wait and see how this one goes.
And that’s all of the products that I’ve picked out to try out and play with during the month of November, a good mix of products, some really fun ones, and some really boring ones. Some I’m more excited about than others but still a very good mix of things.
What are your fall go to products?
